Remodeled Ranch Rambler

The gut remodel of a 1960 ranch rambler in Salt Lake City for a young family. The couple purchased the home in March 2020 and we began demo in April 2020. I was brought on as the couple was closing on the home. I began by reconfiguring the main level floor plan (which included opening up the living room to the kitchen, updating the kitchen layout, combining two of the three bedrooms to create a main suite complete with a walk-in closet with custom shelving to show off some of the sneakerhead husband's shoe collection) and then created a new floor plan for the mostly unfinished basement.
